About ISAMP

The Indian Society of Atomic & Molecular Physics (ISAMP) was formed in 1975 with a group of internationally renowned physicists from across the country to facilitate interactions between Indian scientists developing physics ideas to deal with atoms, molecules, and photons. The unique capability of the atomic, molecular, and optical (AMO) physicists in building their own instruments can play a key role in INNOVATE-IN-INDIA and MAKE-IN-INDIA Initiatives.

About the Meeting

The meeting will highlight the expertise of the atomic and molecular physics community, fostering stronger collaborations between the AMO community and industry partners.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please prepare your abstract using the attached abstract template ⬇️ Abstract Template

Note: Please submit a zip file (Size 10 MB) containing source LaTeX file and figures (if any). Please also submit a PDF (Size 10 MB) of the abstract separately.

Do not modify page layout or paragraph styles.
Abstracts should not exceed one page (A4 size) in length.
The abstract must clearly state the objectives and key results of the work.
Submission must be through the online portal only.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by a committee and the mode of presentation will be communicated later.
The abstract file should be named as "Yourfirstname_lastname.zip". In case of more than one abstracts, please use extensions "1" and "2".

Accomodation

For student participants, shared accommodation will be arranged in IITD and nearby guest houses/hostels.
For other delegates, limited (shared) accommodations may be available in IITD, IUAC and nearby guest houses. Details shall be shared later.
We also have some good hotels in the nearby area of IITD. IITD has tie-up with some of them and they offer us a discounted rate.
